Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, you can check into your room from 16:00. You are welcome to store your luggage in our secure luggage room. We also offer you the opportunity to change here so you can start your ski day right away. Earlier check-in possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving late.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00.

Fresh rolls for breakfast, during the day or in the evening are available via our roll service – feel free to ask us.

The current ski bus timetable can be found on the information board in the stairwell.
Nespresso capsules
Six capsules are provided as an initial supply; additional capsules are available at the bar at the current price.
Ironing service
If you need something ironed, simply hand it in at reception.
Bike and ski rental
In Fiss, you will find options for ski lessons and winter sports equipment rental. In summer, you can enquire about suitable bike rental. Feel free to ask us; we will help you with your selection. We recommend booking early during peak holiday periods.

Breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet is open from 07:30 to 10:00.
On the day of arrival, you can have breakfast for an additional charge after prior registration; the current price is available from us.
If you wish to depart earlier on the day of departure, we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you. Please let us know the day before.
Luggage service
We are happy to assist you with your luggage. We will store your luggage securely at any time if you still have things to do. Luggage room and changing facilities can also be used after check-out with prior arrangement.
Guided hikes
With our mountain hiking guide Stefan Geiger, you can discover the region on guided hikes in summer and winter or on a snowshoe tour off the ski slopes. Depending on fitness and experience, you can choose from relaxed beginner tours and longer day tours. For snowshoe tours, snowshoes and poles are included. Dates and prices on request; tours are subject to weather and route conditions.
Barbecue
You can use the Weber grill on the sun terrace for a fee after prior arrangement; we provide the gas and cleaning.
Pets
Out of consideration for guests with pet hair allergies, pets are not allowed in the Alpinium.
Front door key
Your room key is also your front door key. Please understand that we close the main entrance after 21:00 and the apartment building is only accessible to house guests. If you return late, take your key with you, report any loss immediately, and return all keys upon departure.
Hygiene products
If you need additional hygiene products, you can get them at our reception.
Internet
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. You can find the Wi-Fi password on the information board in the stairwell.
Copying facilities
Do you have a great photo or similar and want a copy? Come to the reception, and we’ll be happy to copy it for you.

Parking
Each apartment has two parking spaces available; please coordinate any additional vehicles with us in advance.
There is an e-parking space in front of the house. We’d be happy to reserve this space for you. Just let us know. The charging station offers up to 22 kW; availability, activation, and current rates should be clarified with us before use.
Smoking
Apartments and rooms are non-smoking; smoking is permitted on balconies and terraces.
Safety and room safe
We ask you to store your valuables in the room safe.
Sauna towels (winter)
You can find sauna towels in the wellness area.
Cable car
The valley station is about one kilometre away, or a 15 to 20-minute walk; the bus stop is located directly in front of the house.
Smart TV & Streaming
Use your own streaming accounts on the 4K Smart TV and remember to sign out before check-out.
Ski bus
The ski bus runs daily from 08:20 to 10:35 at 15-minute intervals and returns from 14:50 to 16:50
In winter, the ski bus stops directly in front of the house; you can find the current departure times on the information board in the stairwell.
Ski depot
The ski depot is located right by the cable car; we will explain your booked storage spaces and access upon arrival.

For your summer holiday, we’d be happy to inform you about the SUPER.SOMMER.CARD, its benefits, validity, and distribution. Whether the card is included in your booked price or charged additionally depends on your offer or booking confirmation.

Hiking bus
The hiking bus stops directly in front of the house; you can find the timetable, operating hours, and benefits of your guest card with us.
Wellness
Our wellness area is located in the basement and is open in winter from Sunday to Thursday for our house guests from 15:30 to 20:30. Opening hours may vary depending on weather and seasonal times.
In summer, we open in bad weather by arrangement.
Magazines
You can find the latest magazines and our daily newspaper in our bar area.
